The Directorate of Regulatory Affairs (DRA) is a directorate of DETR under Directorate Command.
Legal and regulatory cover for Departmental activity. DRA produces the public-facing record that renders a containment operation into a zoning determination, a hazardous materials notice, or a routine military exercise.
DRA decisions are appealable to the U.S. Federal Special Court.
