Strategic Command is the operational and judicial half of DETR.

It holds the U.S. Federal Special Court (TS//STRATCOM-FSC), the Directorate of Field Operations, and direct affiliation over Unit-07 Nephilim, the only formation in T.A.R.P. Division that does not answer through the Security Council.
