The Directorate of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is a directorate of DETR under Directorate Command.
Medical, psychological and mortuary services.
DHHS conducts the exposure screening that determines whether a survivor of an incident is debriefed and returned to duty, retained under observation, or reclassified to Test Subject grade. The screening is not appealable and its criteria are held at Class-B.
