The Directorate of Regulatory Affairs (DRA) is a directorate of DETR under Directorate Command.

Legal and regulatory cover for Departmental activity. DRA writes the paperwork that renders a containment operation, on the public record, into a zoning determination, a hazardous materials notice, or a routine military exercise.

It is the reason no incident in this archive has ever appeared in a newspaper under its own name.
