Unit-05, callsign Powers, is first on site when an anomaly surfaces outside a Departmental installation.
Powers is a scientific formation carrying arms rather than an armed formation carrying instruments, and the distinction has cost it people. It is the successor to the ad-hoc retrieval teams fielded through the 1990s.
