The Directorate of Facility Logistics and Engineering (DFLE) is a directorate of DETR under Directorate Command.

Power, water, atmosphere, lifts and structure at Site AZAZEL.

DFLE holds the main electrical station in Building-2, which is the single most consequential physical point in the installation. Loss of the station takes lighting, lift control, blast door actuation and atmospheric handling on all four levels simultaneously.
