Girolamo Anselmi. Assigned by the Holy See in 1982 to assess the legitimacy of the prophecy. Retained the Griggs journals after the disappearance of Mateo Sirk and entered field duty by 1984.
He carried the file for thirty years and handed it on before his death. The Department was not party to the handover and does not hold the recipient's name.
