Unit-03, callsign Virtues, is the Department's direct action formation and the finest body of gunfighters it fields.
No anomalous integration. No augmentation. Selection and training only.
Where Unit-04 Thrones exists for breach containment and the handling of dangerous objects, Virtues exists for manoeuvre and marksmanship against human opposition, principally GRU Division P and its proxies.
Selection[edit]
Virtues recruits laterally from across the Department and from outside it, at Class-C and above, on demonstrated performance rather than on grade. It maintains its own standards, its own roster and its own selection cycle, independent of directorate posting.
