The U.S. Federal Special Court is a closed federal court sitting under Strategic Command with jurisdiction over thaumaturgical matters.

It issues the warrants that render domestic Departmental operations lawful, in sessions with no public docket, no published calendar and no adversarial party.

Jurisdiction

Total within STRATCOM. Anything Strategic Command does is justiciable before this court and before no other, including the actions of Unit-07 Nephilim, which answers to no other body in the Department.

There is no appeal above the USFSC, because an appeal would require a court permitted to know the facts.

Access

Reached from Class-C through DRA and through the SECRET // SAR-WHITE LINNET channel. The court may see Class-A material without any of its officers holding Class-A.
