The U.S. Federal Special Court is a closed federal court sitting under Strategic Command, with jurisdiction over thaumaturgical matters. It sits with no public docket, no published calendar and no adversarial party.
Jurisdiction[edit]
The court is the court of last resort in two circumstances.
One. Any matter outside the competence of DRA, being a department held at Class-A.
Two. Any appeal against a decision of DRA.
In both cases the ruling is final. There is no appeal above the USFSC.
